Jonathan Kittredge, MD, MS, RPVI
Dr. Kittredge was born and grew up in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. He attended college at the University of Virginia where he studied Engineering Science with a concentration in Biomedical applications. After college, he returned to Philadelphia where he went to Drexel University College of Medicine. He then obtained a Master’s Degree at Dartmouth College in Engineering Science. His research was in an implant failure analysis lab that analyzed thousands of retrieved implants from across the country.
On completion of his Master’s degree he returned to clinical practice by going to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts where he was a surgical intern. He then completed his surgical residency at SUNY Buffalo spending the majority of his chief resident year on their busy trauma and transplant services. Dr. Kittredge then moved to University of Maryland for a two-year Vascular Surgery fellowship.
He has been in a private practice since 2012 and is double board certified in Vascular and General Surgery. He also has completed advanced training in vascular ultrasound and is certified by the Society of Vascular Ultrasound as a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation(RPVI). He has privileges at six area hospitals including: Roper, Bon Secours St Francis, East Cooper Medical Center, Trident Medical Center, Roper Mt. Pleasant Hospital, and Summerville Medical Center.
Dr. Kittredge is married with two children and loves introducing his kids to the outdoors.
